We Wish You A Merry Holiday and Happy JARS Year!

Happy New Year friends!
It is the start to a new, fantastic year. I hope you all had some wonderful times with people you love or by yourself.....that's cool too. Anyways, to celebrate I will announce that...5 hours ago?....around ten-nish....I got pledged the first amount of money to the Kickstarter! WOOOOOOO! We are off to a.........start. It's small but every penny counts about now. I have 38 days le- make that 37. I know we can reach this goal. IN OTHER NEWS....the team names have changed. They were originally team Honey Badgers and Team Posion Cobras, however, to continue the New Year Celebration I am taking down a few polls and posting up a new Team Name poll with all of the Team Names that people have voted for. By March I will do the same thing and in April you will finally find out what the final team names are!!!! Fun right?

Green's The New Green

 Hello, I hope y'all like the new Blog layout. I felt like experimenting. It was either green or blue. I liked green more. Anyway, I do have some wonderful news for you all. I have been contemplating different Promo prototypes some of them are down below:

 So the blue one is Prototype 1, Green is 2 and Yellow is the most recent at 3. There are more to come I just don't really know how far I can get without the 16 contestants. Besides that, how are you? Good? Good. How were your holidays? Mine were good, thank you. The eating challenge has been 90% finalized and the challenges are still being edited here and there. However, we still need donations. 43 DAYS on Kickstarter, still 0 contributions. PLEASE! I'm trying my best to make this successful. Don't let me down fans.

New News & Juicy Information

Why hello people I haven't talked to in a while. I will try to maintain the once every two day blog I initially started. So you guys don't worry or anything, I will start now. Well I am taking down one poll. That poll is the one with the number of contestants as the final number will remain at 16. As the time draws closer neither Kickstarter NOR IndieGogo has been funded. C'mon PEOPLE! If you guys say yes we're excited for JARS, act like it. Help! Fund some money. Every small bit counts. Really, time is slim. Other than that, the team names are still not set in stone. The names were going to be Chrome Cougars and Poison Cobras but that is subject to change quickly. So I am putting up a new(er) poll of Team Names to get the ball rolling on that. Please go check out the Wikia I have up on JARS. It's really shweet! I am also revealing that there may or may not be an eating challenge that needs to be preformed. Hehe....the JARS committe and myself have struggled with determining whether or not there should be an eating challenge AT ALL. The eating challenge has ranged from yummy to gross to down right disgusting and added then taken out then added and taken out again. We just can't decide. Struggles.....

Long Time No See

Wow, it seems like forever since I have talked to you guys. It has in fact. My last post was October 2nd. Tsk, tsk, tsk. I've been so busy. Well I have some good news and what is good news without the bad? Well the good news is that JARS is progressing along, it is currently at 43% complete, which is very good. The bad news is that something is wrong with my Kickstarter account so that is why it is not currently up. UHG! I hope I can fix this soon. Enjoy the new poll and I'll talk to you soon. Hopefully...

Changes, changes and more changes

Wow! This has been one heck of a weekend. So much stuff to do. In addition to the multitude of tasks I had to complete this weekend, JARS has been undergoing some changes itself. The tasks are changing and being altered. With the help of the JARS crew, things are getting done more efficiently and quickly. The kick starter was scheduled to be up today BUT due to recent...complications it has been delayed in this week and early next week. Everything is being altered, from the rules to the website to the tasks! EVERYTHING! So be on the lookout. OH, and be on the lookout for a new video on my youtube channel, kyledraws, and a new trailer coming soon. Sorry, no new poll today.

Some Secrets Revealed

Happy Friday everyone! I have some very exciting news. The kickstarter will be up on Sunday, hopefully, I just have to make some minor adjustments. The JARS website on weebly is updated and better looking with some juicy information on it as well. So far the teams are currently called Teams Orange and Green but that is subject to change. We now have 9 members on the JARS team and that crew is increasing. The are going to be 23 tasks and 16 Challenges. Sometimes there are multiple tasks in certain challenges. Since this update will be short I will most likely post one tomorrow and Sunday. You never  know, enjoy the new poll and check out the updated website!

So The Plan Is...

It is my pleasure to tell you all that JARS is going on a smooth line. Everything is going as planned. I plan on having the show's contestants a very even mix. A diva, a chunky one, a sexy one, a smart one, an average one....you know. The list goes on but I don't want to bore you. Feel free to fill out the poll on the side. I post a blog update every 2 days and with it a new poll. So be on the look out. Please go visit the new Youtube trailer  and my website AND help support me next week by contributing to my Kick Starter. The first REAL INTENSE update will not be until late November or mid November. So you eager beavers have a while to wait.

Kick Starter News

Hello again. As some of you know I have a kickstarter to help fund the costs of the grand prize. Which, if all goes well, will be 1000 dollars, and if people really like the idea and contribute more than the amount, maybe the prize will go up. Anyway, the kickstarter is NOT up yet and will hopefully be up either next week or the Halloween weekend. If you contribute you can get shirts, hats and special edition DVD's. Cool stuff like that. First Blog Entry

So...Welcome everyone to the very first blog on JARS, or better put, Just Another Reality Show. My friends and I are working together to create the best teen reality show based on the shows Survivor, The Amazing Race and a few others. So far what we have concluded is that it will be filmed sometime in early Summer 2012, and it will air on Youtube in late July/August to the general public. However, if you guys go to kickstarter and search for Just Another Reailty Show and pledge some money, you could be some of the lucky few who see it in June on DVD. There have also been talk about the amount of contestants there is to be had. Some people say 20, 2 teams of 10 but others say 14, 2 teams of 7. I like the 2 teams of 7 idea personally, but that is subject to change. Other than all of that, check out the new, (but terrible) trailer for JARS on Youtube which should be up now. Go check it out!
